Biography
Jacqui Browning is an immersive landscape photographer currently based in Cambridgeshire, UK. She approaches her practice through a love of walking, being close to nature, and as a way of reconnecting to what matters. Her images are poetic to symbolise a place we cannot see, a place of reflection, inviting the viewer to engage in the quiet stillness and compassion she feels towards nature. Respecting Mother Nature’s beauty and strength, her work highlights the importance of protecting nature in a world that has become very disconnected from the natural world.

Using predominantly analogue, her slow and immersive approach to photography reflects the slowing down of time often felt when connected to nature, allowing viewers to engage with the image through their own imagination and in their own time.
